Two Acela engines with protective cars attached on each end (from Plattsburg, N.Y. Bombardier plant) under wraps to prevent vandalism. Under armed guard at siding of Montpelier, VT. Amtrak station. Engines are awaiting arrival of passenger cars form Barre, VT. Bombardier plant to assemble a trainset for delivery to Amtrak.
