P-42 63, 155 & 156 on the Crescent at Penn Station in Newark, NJ on 8/13/01. Undoubtedly, no electric engines were available in Washington or Philadelphia, so the Gennies had to take the train up to Newark, NJ, where it was discharged (passengers put on other Amtrak trains or on PATH), then the train was turned here for it's southbound interval
